Finger Lakes Web Works started in around 2005 when the internet was still young. While employed at KEPCO Auto Parts in Hall New York, I developed and maintained their website, inventory management system and intranet. I also installed and maintained our company's network and all it's devices and painfully ran CAT6 where no man should have to go.
Being contacted by Steve Trombley about maintaining and redesigning the Penn Yan Youth Lacrosse League's website spurred to many more website and graphic design jobs. I educated myself in PHP scripting, MySQL databases, web hosting and domain name registration.
My specialty is creating sites that my customers can maintain. Content managed sites (CMS). Customers are provided a login and can edit their own site if desired.
Designing websites creates a "jack of all trades" scenario, which I try to be. Web Developer, Photographer, Graphic Artist, Computer Programmer....
